A brand and content workshop for people who want to win on social.
Most marketing advice is stuck in 2017.
You've sat through the conferences.
You've saved the threads.
You've screenshot the tips.
And yet your content still isn't landing.
You've got ideas.
You've got opinions.
But somehow it all stays trapped in your Notes app, never making it to a feed.
You know you should be posting more.
You know video is the game.
But without a system, without a strategy, you're just guessing.
And guessing doesn't build brands.

This isn't another conference where you leave inspired but empty-handed.
The Cohort Intensive is a hands-on sprint. In just 10 hours, you'll walk away with a complete social media strategy, a content system you can actually stick to, and a brand voice people won't forget.
You'll work directly with the team behind The Attention Seeker, the agency with 1.4M+ followers and 100M+ monthly views, building viral content for some of the world's biggest brands.
Real frameworks. Real stories. Real brand wins. No theory-only fluff.

A buyers agent stuck at 15K followers with typical industry content.
We created a simple anchor series: The Social Media Manager gambling with her boss to try and prove her strategy for making $100K is more effective than his property strategy that they sell as a business.
Entertainment over education.
It was obvious that the strategy she employed was stupid, flipping the common narrative in social at the time that gambling was a sound strategy. Kids all over social doing it to earn money.
And we instead took the piss out of it and made it into an entertaining series.
We then implemented a 100K follower challenge with her boss as people started to watch and with in 2 weeks from that point the account hit 110K followers and 50M views in 20 days.

Pizza Hut's brand had been in decline for years. Domino's dominated the category, Hell Pizza sat comfortably in second place, and Pizza Hut was fading into irrelevance — especially with younger audiences.
Their social media reflected the problem: generic corporate content, mostly ads, nothing anyone would choose to follow. No personality, no engagement, no reason to care.
They needed to become relevant again. Not through advertising, but through content people actually wanted to watch.

We embedded a team of 8-9 people and built a content engine designed for speed, volume, and personality.
We launched multiple original series that leaned into absurdity and internet culture:
- "Pineapple Challenge" — We doubled the amount of pineapple on a pizza every day until we hit a follower goal. It got absurd fast, and the internet loved the chaos.
- "Honk for Pizza" — We handed out free pizzas in traffic jams to anyone who honked. Simple, fun, shareable.
- Game show-style videos — Quick, playful formats that felt native to TikTok.
- Bait-and-switch ads — Videos that look like one thing, then reveal they're a Pizza Hut ad. Multiple videos hit 10M+ views each.
We also built "The Pizza Hut Guy" — our on-camera talent Leigh became so recognisable that people stop him in the street. He's not a mascot, he's a character people genuinely like.
The engine runs on iteration. We analyse what hits, double down on what works, and stay reactive to trends and cultural moments in real time.

"Working with the Attention Seeker team was a game changer for us. They came in, understood what we were trying to do, and just made it happen. The results speak for themselves but honestly it was the process that impressed me most. No stress, no drama, just a team that knew exactly what they were doing. I couldn't recommend them highly enough."
