we're always looking for people who want to do cool shit.

18 humans across three cities. We hire slowly, on character before craft. If you make things you're proud of and can hold a room, this might be the place.

three things you'll hear us say a lot.

our values · all three or none
01

own it.

Do what you say you'll do, and put your hand up when you don't.

You know the feeling when you've followed through on something without anyone having to chase you, when the work is done because you decided it would be. That's the standard. And when things go sideways, because they will, there's something powerful about being the person who says "that was on me" before anyone else has to point it out. Two mistakes is learning. Three is a pattern. The difference is whether you were honest with yourself after the first one.

02

back each other.

No one here wins alone. Be honest, be kind, and don't wait until it's too late.

Think about the times you've felt most proud at work and chances are someone else was part of that moment. The best work happens when people genuinely have each other's backs, when credit is shared freely, and when helping someone doesn't require it to be in your job description. But real support isn't just showing up when things are good. It's being the person who says the hard thing with care instead of staying quiet to keep the peace. Say it with care, hear it with humility, and know that honesty and loyalty aren't opposites. They're the same thing.

03

never settle.

Stay curious, stay coachable, and keep making it better.

The moment you feel like you've figured it out is the moment you stop improving, and the most dangerous thing you can do is get comfortable. Ship the work, learn from what it teaches you, and make the next version better. Then do it again. Growth isn't about getting things perfect, it's about refusing to stay the same. The people who do remarkable things over the course of their careers aren't the most talented, they're the ones who never stopped iterating on themselves and their work.

why work here

things we actually do, not things we put on the careers page.

Time

Four weeks off, plus two between Christmas and New Year.

And we mean off. No Slack-checking, no "just one quick thing" your team has your back so you can actually log out.

Money

Transparent salary.

Every persons salary is fully transparent including our owners. Transparency builds trust by showing employees they are valued fairly, which creates a more honest and motivated workplace.

Health

$500 a year for your health.

We offer an extraordinary card to each and everyone of our employees to use on any health related costs. You don't need to tell us what for, we can't see what you spend it on. Just stay healthy.

Where

In office or fully remote. Your call.

Some roles thrive in the room. Videographers, producers, the ones who need to bounce off a team in real time. Others do their best work from wherever they think clearest. Fridays the door's open either way, and the remote crew drops in if they want to be in the mix.

Learning

3:30pm every Friday no exceptions.

Every Friday we have a full team learning session. We know, no one is going to do work at this time on a Friday so let's at least learn something together.

Your brand

Leave with something that's yours.

We give you company time to build your own social channel. It can be anonymous, it can be niche, but it has to be intentional and growing. The skill of building an audience is the most portable thing we can teach you. So we make sure you do.

what hiring looks like.

Four conversations. We're not just looking for a CV match. We're looking for the person who plugs a gap in this team, gets along with the people they'd actually sit next to, and goes in clear-eyed about the work.

01

Apply with proof, not just a CV.

Send the CV, sure. But we want to see the work. Portfolio, videos, links to things you've made. Show us how it landed and what it actually did for the people you made it for.

Stage 01 / Application
02

Group interview. Cultural fit.

We invite a handful of finalists in together. We're not looking for people who all look the same. We're looking for the personality that strengthens the team. The gap-plugger. The right energy for that specific role.

Stage 02 / Group
03

A vibe check with your future team.

Two of the people you'd work with day-to-day. An hour, no agenda. The question is simple: can we actually hang out, talk, and not get bored. Because you'll be doing it five days a week.

Stage 03 / Peers
04

Senior leadership tries to talk you out of it.

From the outside it looks like we're just having fun making TikToks. The truth is we play hard and work harder. This conversation is us being honest about the real shape of the job, so you can say yes with both eyes open.

Stage 04 / Leadership
05

Yes or no, never silence.

You'll hear back either way. If it's a yes, we move quickly. If it's a no, you'll know, with enough context to take into the next thing. Nobody gets left hanging.

Final / Decision

don't see your role?

We'd still love to hear from you. The best hires we've made never came through an ad · they reached out cold and surprised us. Be that person.
