we didn't start as an agency. we started as proof.
in 2019, our founder stanley henry quit his job as a hotel general manager after realising he'd be answering to someone else forever if he didn't go out on his own. he moved back to new zealand with his wife claire, started building his personal brand on linkedin, and by the time covid hit, people were asking him to help them do the same.
that was the start of the attention seeker. one person, working out of a mate's spare bedroom during lockdown.
as we grew, we kept proving the work on ourselves first. we built our tiktok to almost 800,000 followers. then our instagram to almost 400,000. then youtube. then linkedin. every platform we help clients with, we've figured out on our own channels first.
we didn't want to be the painters with the worst painted house.
today, we're one of the largest social media agencies on social media. not because we paid for awards or bought our way to the top. because we proved our craft publicly, every single day, across our own channels.
and we did it all from new zealand. a small country at the bottom of the world, building something that competes globally.
everything we do for our clients, we've first done for ourselves. that's the difference.

Born and raised in South Auckland, growing up on the streets of Manurewa in the 80s and 90s. One of four brothers with dreams to make it out of the cycle we'd been born into.
I dropped out of uni, ran away to Australia, fell into hospitality, and spent 12 years learning everything I could. 11 jobs, 23 countries, 6 weeks homeless, 3 times fired, countless staff led, hundreds of leaders developed, millions of dollars made for other people.
In 2019, while on holiday in Dubai, I got emails from hotel owners asking why I wasn't at work. I realised that would be my life forever if I didn't make a change. So I quit, moved back to New Zealand with my wife Claire, and started building something of my own.
I started this business for one reason. So Claire and I could do what we want, when we want, and help others do the same.
Six years later, we have a team of 35, a purpose built office in Grey Lynn, and clients across the world. But the thing I'm most proud of isn't the numbers. It's the people.
I get to work with some of the most talented humans I've ever met. People who push each other, challenge each other, and genuinely want to be the best at what they do. I'm just grateful to be surrounded by them.
