what the lock-in is.
a 36-hour working session for two founders to ship the next thing. usually a newsletter issue, sometimes a launch, occasionally a podcast pilot. the room is built so leaving without shipping is harder than leaving with shipping.
two of you. one of us. small room, big whiteboards, no slack. friday morning we set the brief, friday afternoon we draft, saturday we kill the bad version, saturday night we ship the live version, sunday we set the ongoing rhythm so monday isn't a return to chaos.
the format runs four times a year, max six pairs each. costs the same as the agency wouldn't quote you for the same outcome over four months.

first draft sprint.
