Hairification had built something genuinely good. The transformation was real, the before-and-afters were undeniable. But on social, they were 8k followers deep with content that looked like every other beauty brand, and not enough budget to outspend their way out of it.

We stripped the campaign back to a single idea: the transformation. We paired it with a sound that was already trending, briefed creators on what mattered and what didn't, and then we did the hardest thing in marketing. We let go.
The first videos went up on a Tuesday. By Friday, the algorithm had picked it up. By the end of the second week, the sound was trending on its own and creators we hadn't briefed were jumping on the format.
