How a Friday runs.

Meet at the office, 19 Mackelvie St, for the briefing.

We run. Through Grey Lynn Park towards Cox's Bay and back, about 6 km.
- After
The BBQ is on. Sausages and drinks, all free. Stay, meet a few people, then head into Ponsonby.
The route.
Out the door, down through Grey Lynn Park and out towards Cox's Bay. About 20 minutes out and 20 minutes back, so everyone gets back to Mackelvie St at around the same time.

Do I need to be fast?
No. Run it, jog it or walk bits of it. Nobody gets timed, and a sweeper runs at the back every week, so nobody gets left behind.
What to bring
Your running shoes and gear. The run goes ahead rain, hail or shine, so dress for the weather. Bring your mates too.
