Friday Night Lights is the ultimate social club masquerading as a run. We’re turning up the music, lighting up the streets, and trading the usual pub night for a high-energy, feel-good experience.

This isn’t about chasing records, but it’s also not a walk in the park. The pace sits around no slower than 7 min/km, so come ready to move. We want everyone running together, not spread out or falling behind, so this one’s best suited for those comfortable keeping that rhythm.

We’ll hit a 6k(ish) Grey Lynn loop (find route here) with a few light bootcamp-style stops to keep things fun and connected. Expect music, movement, and a proper sweat before we head back to The Attention Seeker Studio to celebrate with drinks and good company.
